Janda Pek
Nuanced Chardonnay with a promising start, but ultimately falls short of expectations. Its youthfulness is evident, and the oak influence is too pronounced. The nose is fruit-forward, with touches of green apples, butter, and peach, but the finale is somewhat one-dimensional. The zest is crisp, and the body is dry and medium-bodied. at the same time it shows promise, it requires further refinement to reach its full potential. A matured Chardonnay with a focus on oak and lees, aged for 15 months in oak barrels, with 100% Chardonnay production. The alcohol content is 13%.
Kasimova
Opulent and layered wine with a prominent nose of oak, accompanied by flavors of vanilla and smoke. The full-bodied composition is seamless by a range of flavors, consisting of rose petal, oriental spices, oak, licorice, and mushroom. This wine is a bold and delicious choice, pairing well with a variety of dishes, primarily those featuring chicken, wild birds, pork, and mushroom-based options.
Beaufayt
Decadent and indulgent wine with a layered mineral profile, bringing nuanced whispers of oak, caramel, and butter on the nose, whereas the palate is influenced by by sweet and smoky flavors. The liveliness is present but somewhat lacking, leaving the trail feeling slightly one-dimensional.
