Golden yellow with orange reflections, quince bread, Easter bread with raisins, Malakoff cake, walnut liqueur, ripe fruit basket; surprisingly dry on the palate, lively acidity, dried fruits, apple pie, dates, and figs, full-bodied, distinctly mineral, chalky texture, tight grip from tannins and minerality, fine extract sweetness lingers long.
