WINE DESCRIPTION

Lido Bay Bitch Tongue Pinot Noir is a ripe, succulent expression of Pinot Noir from the Napa Valley, located in California. The wine often contains a small proportion of other black-skinned varieties like Zinfandel and Petite Sirah that lends richness and depth to the wine. The winemaking process begins with estate-owned vineyards being hand picked and sorted. On arrival at the winery, the grapes are crushed and cool fermented to retain delicacy of flavor. After completing the fermentation, the wine is matured for a period of around nine months in a proportion of new French oak prior to bottling.
