Comprising 60% Gaglioppo and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes thrive in clay and limestone soil. The wine undergoes fermentation in steel with a 15-day maceration. Afterward, it matures in Allier oak barriques for 12 months, followed by an additional 6 months in the bottle before release. With potential aging of over 10 years, it embodies the region's international flair, balancing Calabrian tradition with a global palate.
