Singi Olaiz
I've always been a fan of these wines, and this particular bottle is no exception. The nose was quite unique, with a pungent, earthy quality that was echoing of damp soil, but it was also accompanied by a rich, opulent fruitiness. The tongue was incredibly velvety and refined, with a delightful integration of dark, fruity flavors and elegant layers of tobacco, green bell pepper, and forest floor. Overall, it was a truly stellar wine.
