WINE DESCRIPTION
Leon Barral Jadis Faugères is a red wine produced in the Faugères appellation of the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France. The wine is made from a blend of Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes, which are handpicked and fermented using natural yeasts. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 18-24 months, which adds complexity and depth to the wine.

This full-bodied, intense red blend from the southern French appellation of Faugères is a blend of Syrah and Grenache grapes amongst others.The nose is dominated by dark fruits, spices, and peppery notes. On the palate, the flavors of blackberry and raspberry intermingle with a hint of licorice, while the tannins are well-integrated and smooth.
