Le Vigne di Zamò Zamò Bianco is an elegant and refined white wine from Italy's Friuli region. Made from a blend of Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, and Riesling grapes, it showcases the winery's dedication to quality. The winemaking process involves crushing of ca. two thirds of the fruit, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving fresh and vibrant flavors. The remaining ca. 30% is cold-macerated for around 2 days before fermentation, enhancing aromatic complexity. Partial malolactic fermentation adds a smooth, rounded texture, while six months on the lees contribute depth and richness. The result is a well-balanced, complex wine with a refined character.
