WINE DESCRIPTION
Le Colture Fagher Valdobbiadene Brut is a dry, fruity sparkling wine that hails from the famed Valdobbiadene appellation in Northeast Italy. It is made from the aromatic Glera grape that are pressed with the resulting juice transferred to stainless steel to ferment at cool temperatures. Carbon dioxide produced during the fermentation is captured giving the wine its effervescence. The wine is filtered under pressure to remove the yeast and solids to create a bright, fruit-driven sparkling wine.
