WINE DESCRIPTION

Laurent Lequart Prestige Pur Meunier is an Extra Brut Champagne made exclusively from the Meunier grape. After hand harvesting the grapes are gently pressed. The fermentation takes place in oak barrels to add breadth to the wine and gentle controlled oxidation to give a complexing nutty character. After a second fermentation in bottle to capture the carbon dioxide and give the wine its effervescence, it is aged for 72 months on the yeast to give intense aromas of brioche. The result is a wine with a refined and elegant style, characterized by its crisp acidity, delicate bubbles, and a delightful balance between fruitiness and freshness.
