Lachini Vineyards Rosé of Pinot Noir is a fresh, delicate rosé hailing from Oregon's Willamette Valley. The wine is composed entirely from Pinot Noir, which gives the wine notes of red fruit and an attractive pale pink hue. The grapes are sourced from biodynamic farmed vineyards. The grapes are typically hand harvested and direct pressed. The resulting must is fermented in inert vessels at cool temperatures to retain the vibrant fruit flavors before being aged for a short period in inert vessels. The end result is an elegant fruity rosé with a refreshing, dry finish perfect for any occasion.
