La Vierge Nymphomane is a meticulously crafted red blend from the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley in South Africa, known for its cool maritime climate ideal for growing premium grapes. Each grape variety is harvested by hand during the cool early morning, preserving freshness before undergoing careful winemaking. After a 3-day cold maceration, fermentation occurs under controlled temperatures, followed by gentle pressing. The wine is then aged for 16 months in French Oak Barriques, with 25% new barrels adding depth. Final blending takes place one month before bottling, allowing further development in the bottle before release, ensuring a complex and refined character.
