La Soeur Cadette Bourgogne is a white wine from the Burgundy region in France. It is produced by a family-owned domaine near the village of Vezelay in the Greater Auxerrois. The family were senior figures in the local co-operative, and played a large part in the elevation of vezelay to Village AOC status in 2017. They established their own domaine to pursue their interest in organic farming and thier ambitions for greater quality. We can be glad that they did. Made from 100% Chardonnay
