WINE DESCRIPTION
This wine is made from grapes grown in the renowned Colchagua Valley appellation, which is known for its ideal climate and soil conditions for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard features a unique combination of warm days and cool nights, which allows the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly. The juice is kept in contact with the skins for a couple of days before fermentation to gain more color and aromatics, and after fermentation in stainless steel the wine is refine din oak for a couple of months. The resulting wine is medium-bodied, with rich flavors of blackberry, cassis and spice with a smooth finish. This wine is perfect for everyday occasions.
