The wine is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, carefully selected and hand-harvested. The winemaking process involves a long maceration period and aging in oak barrels for 36 months, followed by bottle aging for an additional 12 months. The resulting wine is a full-bodied and complex Brunello di Montalcino, with intense aromas of red fruit, spices, and tobacco, and a long and persistent finish.
