l'Oca Ciuca The Drunken Goose is L’Oca Ciuca winery is located between Florence & Pisa in the production zone of Chianti. Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah are harvested and fermented separately in stainless steel vats to obtain pure and varietally expressive base wines. After fermentation is completed, they are aged and blended for a short period in inert vessel to harmonise the aromas and create a balanced, approachable style that showcases a blend of the best characteristics of the individual varieties resulting in a wine with fresh acidity and aromas of tart cherries, plum, blackberry and spice.
