L'Ecole No 41 Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine produced by L'Ecole No 41. L'Ecole No 41 is a winery named after a former school building in which it is housed. Located just outside Walla Walla in eastern Washington state, the grapes are grown in a dry and warm climate with long, sun-filled days due to the northern location. The wine is made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that ripen perfectly and develop very thick skins due to the level of UV exposure. The resulting wines are deeply colored, with bold flavors and firm structures. It is a perfect choice for those who appreciate a boldly flavored Cabernet Sauvignon with a sense of elegance.
