Kracher Nummer 4 Zwischen den Seen Scheurebe trockenbeerenauslese is a premium, hugely concentrated and age-worthy dessert wine produced by the legendary Austrian Kracher winery. The grapes are sourced from the vineyards located between two lakes, which provide a unique microclimate to produce noble rot which intensifies the sugars in the grapes and contributes aromas of ginger and saffron. The Scheurebe grapes are handpicked at optimal ripeness and undergo a meticulous selection process to ensure only the best grapes are used. The wine is then fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its natural freshness and fruitiness.
