WINE DESCRIPTION
This Kestrel Vintners Falcon Series wine is a fresh, approachable white produced using the highly aromatic Sauvignon Blanc grape that is known for its herbaceous character and lively acidity. The grapes are harvested, pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to retain fruit purity with aim of creating a varietally expressive wine. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is matured in inert vessel as not to mask the fruit flavors.
