WINE DESCRIPTION
Ken Brown A Cuvée Syrah is a rich, spicy, deep wine hailing from the Santa Barbara County, located on California's Central Coast. The grapes are typically sourced from a number of different vineyards located with Santa Barbara County which helps to create extra complexity and depth. The grapes are crushed into tanks before undergoing an alcoholic fermentation. The separate lots were
pressed off and aged for approximately 16 months in French oak barrels, a proportion of which are new, that adds layers of subtle sweet spice. Finally, the individual blending components are brought together before being bottled ready for release.

Upon tasting, this Syrah reveal luscious flavors of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and a touch of blueberry. These flavors are complemented by well-integrated oak, which adds a subtle layer of complexity without overpowering the fruit.
