Kanonkop Pinotage is a premium red wine produced by Kanonkop Estate, one of South Africa's most renowned wineries. The wine is made from 100% Pinotage grapes grown in the Stellenbosch region. The vineyard is characterized by granite and shale soils and benefits from the cooling influence of the Atlantic Ocean. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with wild yeasts before being aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
