WINE DESCRIPTION
This Riesling Grand Cru 'Brand' from Alsace, is produced by the Boxler family. The winery located in Niedermorschwihr, in the heart of Alsace near the city of Colmar, was established in 1672. The Brand Grand Cru is marked by granitic, steep slopes situated in the commune of Turckheim. The grapes are harvested by hand and delicately pressed. The vinification involves a natural fermentation in century-old oak barrels. Maturation takes place on fine lees for around a year before bottling.
