Racy and vibrant Mosel Riesling with a dry finish, underscoring the characteristic tartness of Hattori Hanzō. The nose is led by by touches of chalk, pineapple, and green apple, with touches of freshly ground wheat. The mouthfeel is long and mineral-driven, with pineapple suggestions emerging towards the finish, only to be replaced by a elegant touch of wheat.
