This Pinot Noir exclusively uses estate-grown grapes, undergoing a fourteen-month maturation, with 45% in new French oak barrels and 55% in one-to-two-year-old French oak barrels, enhancing complexity. Highlighting select areas within the Pastorale Vineyard, it showcases clones 777, Calera, and clone 828. Hand-sorted clusters and 24% whole cluster fermentation create a textured wine with nuanced flavors, culminating in a creamy finish.
