Joseph Cattin Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé is a traditional method sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir. The hand-harvested, whole cluster grapes were pressed. The base wine was fermented and bottled with the aim of producing a delicately fruity wine to allow the yeasty character to shine through. Second fermentation took place in bottle as per the traditional Méthode Champenoise. The wine was left in bottle with the lees for around 15 months prior to being disgorged and corked.
