WINE DESCRIPTION
JM Cellars Tre Fanciulli is a red blend that features Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. The grapes are sourced from a number of different vineyards from the Red Mountain and Royal Slope AVAs (American Viticultural Areas). Sourcing grapes from a number of different sites gives a wide array of aromas and characters to the base wines that will make up the final blend; this helps build complexity. The wines are aged in a high proportion of new French oak; this maturation not only helps soften the tannins but contributes notes of sweet baking spices.

JM Cellars Tre Fanciulli is a rich, full-bodied red blend.It has a deep purple hue, with aromas of ripe blackberry, dark plum, and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with a excellent mid-palate presence and flavors of plum and blackberry mingle with notes of fresh herbs and coffee. The tannins are plush, creating a smooth and velvety finish that lingers on the palate providing a counterpoint to the decadent dark fruit flavors.
