WINE DESCRIPTION
JM Cellars Longevity is an age-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon wine produced by JM Cellars, located in the Horse Heaven Hills of Washington State. This wine is made from grapes grown in a special block planted for JM Cellars called the Stiletto block. The wine is fermented at warm temperatures to increase extraction of tannins and richness of flavors. Once the fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels, a high proportion of which are new, where it is aged for around 20 months prior to bottling.

This JM Cellars Longevity has a deep ruby core that is consistent to the rim hinting at its high level of extraction.It has a complex nose of plums, blackberries and cassis, alongside dark chocolate, and smoky oak. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and plush, with fine-grained tannins and hints of blackberry and clove coupled with notes of tobacco and graphite. The finish is long and lingering, with a pleasant acidity that balances the sweet fruit.
