Jiménez-Landi The End is a distinctive Garnacha wine from the remote El Real de San Vicente vineyard, located 730 meters above sea level in the D.O. Méntrida region of Spain. The vineyard is planted with 40-year-old Garnacha vines grown biodynamically on sandy, granitic soils. The climate is continental with Mediterranean influences, contributing to the unique characteristics of the wine. Hand-harvested in small crates, the grapes are fermented in large French oak fuders, with foot-treading and a prolonged maceration to extract the maximum flavor. The wine is aged in French oak barrels, undergoing natural fermentation and malolactic conversion, and is bottled unfiltered and unfined.
