Jérôme Chézeaux Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru 'Les Vaucrains' is an earthy, complex expression of Pinot Noir hailing from the Nuits-Saint-Georges village in Burgundy. The grapes are sourced from the prestigious 'Les Vaucrains' vineyard that boasts stony, calcareous-rich soil and optimal exposure. The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand, before the grapes are sorted and destemmed. After crushing and fermenting the grapes, the wines are matured in a proportion of new oak barrels prior to bottling.
