Jean Chartron Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru 'Clos de la Pucelle' Monopole is a prestigious Chardonnay from one of Burgundy’s most esteemed vineyards. As a monopole, this unique site is exclusively owned and cultivated by the domaine, ensuring the utmost dedication to quality and terroir expression. The wine is 100% barrel-fermented, with ca. 30% aged in new oak barrels and the remainder in seasoned barrels up to five years old. It matures gracefully on fine lees for 12 months in barrel, followed by 4 months in tank, achieving balance and finesse. This limited-production wine embodies the elegance and heritage of Puligny-Montrachet.
