WINE DESCRIPTION
Jacob's Creek Shiraz-Cabernet is made from grapes sourced from all over Australia. After machine harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, before being fermented in inert vessels at cooler temperatures with the focus on lighter tannin extraction and retention of fruit flavors. The wines are matured for a short period to contribute aromas of sweet spices to complement the ripe jammy fruit profile.
