WINE DESCRIPTION
J. Mourat O.V.N.I Rosé is a delicately colored rosé produced using the lesser-known Grolleau Gris variety grown in its native Loire Valley.
The vineyards are planted predominantly on volcanic soils and experience the a moderate maritime climate, cooled by oceanic breezes. The grapes are gently pressed, with the resulting juice fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to retain the purity fruit and varietal character of the grape. The wine is bottled shortly after completing the fermentation before being released.
