Domaine Wardy Château les Cèdres hails from Lebanon's Bekaa Valley. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah are grown on limestone & gravel soils. The grapes are handpicked before being crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with skin maceration. Maturation takes place in french oak barrels for about a year and a half to soften the tannins and acquire added complexity of oak spice.
