WINE DESCRIPTION
Intellego Kedungu is produced in the Swartland in South Africa from dry farmed bush vines. The aim at Intellego is to produce wines that express the terroir by adopting a minimal intervention approach during the winemaking process to allow the hard work done in the vineyard to come to the fore.
Whole bunch fermented under semi-carbonic conditions for 8 days in stainless steel tanks. The wines are then aged in a mixture of different size old barrels which help preserve these vibrant flavours without having a strong influence from the oak producing a complex, spicy and savory wine.
