In the scenic landscape of Zillah, Washington State, Leland and Lynda Hyatt founded Hyatt Vineyards in 1983. Starting with a modest estate vineyard, they expanded to a 180-acre estate encompassing four unique sites: Cherry Hill, Three Rocks, Roza Ridge, and the original Estate Vineyard. Each vineyard offers distinct terroirs, ideal for cultivating varietals such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chardonnay, Riesling, Black Muscat, and Zinfandel. Since their first release in 1987, Hyatt Vineyards has consistently earned accolades. Nestled in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA, their vineyards benefit from superior micro-climates, producing award-winning wines celebrated by enthusiasts and critics alike.
