Birichino Vin Gris is a pale rosé wine made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre grapes sourced from the greater state of California. Whilst the blend may be similar to that of a classic Provençal rosé, the 100+ year old vineyards located in sunny California tend to create a riper and more concentrated fruit profile. The winemaking process involves a very gentle direct press, which separates the skins from the juice creating a pale colored wine. Fermentation is completed to dryness in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to create a delicate, yet fragrant rosé wine.
