Aged to perfection, this wine has reached its optimal state, yet it may have reached its peak a few years ago. The fruit has mellowed, but its stability remains intact. The nose is still adorned with a note of vibrant freshness, but the edges have given way to a warm, earthy tone. The lasting impression is long and smooth, with inky plum and blackberry undertones, and a delicate accent of leather.
