WINE DESCRIPTION
Hatzimichalis Cabernet Sauvignon is a mono-varietal wine coming from the privately owned vineyards of the Hatzimichalis Estate in the Atalanti Valley in Greece. After harvesting, the grapes are crushed and fermented in temperature-controlled vats in an underground cellar. The wines are then matured for 12 months in a mix of new and used French oak barrels before the wine is bottled unfiltered and intended for long aging.
The result is a wine with a rich and full-bodied style, characterized by intense flavors of blackcurrant, blackberry, and hints of spice.
