Cyp Marcin
A respectable vintage from Hattingley Valley, characterized by a pale yellow hue that may have been slightly underdeveloped due to aging on lees. The nose presents a fresh and citrusy bouquet, with apple nuances that persist throughout the palate. Unfortunately, the layers do not fully mature, resulting in a somewhat one-dimensional experience.
