Yumeko
I struggle with Olde World. This is a multi faceted wine with a rich, full-bodied character, but it falls short in terms of harmony and finesse. The oak tones are prominent, but they overpower the fruit, leaving a sour and earthy finish. The tartness is sharp, but it's not enough to cut through the richness. Overall, it's a wine that needs more refinement and subtlety to truly shine.
