WINE DESCRIPTION
Greg Norman Chardonnay is produced using whole clusters that were harvested in the early morning and immediately pressed and transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. The ferments took place at cool temperatures to preserve the Chardonnay aromatics and fresh flavor profile. The wine was then racked off its lees and a portion was transferred to seasoned French oak barrels where it matured until final blending and bottling.

This Greg Norman Chardonnay has a bright pale gold appearance.On the nose, aromas of crisp green apple, citrus, and honeycomb mingle with subtle notes of sweet oak. On the palate, flavors of ripe melon and zesty lemon zest with a creamy texture and light oak. The finish is marked by hints of toasted oak and vanilla lifted by crisp acidity.
