WINE DESCRIPTION

Grace Estate Winery ‘Le Gras Cuve’ is an intriguing blend of Chardonnay and Petit Manseng. The grapes are sourced from the Monticello area located within the state of Virginia. The grapes are picked a little early to retain acidity. The fermentation is typically long and slow at cool temperatures in order to retain aromatics and freshness. Following fermentation the wine was aged for around 8 months on all lees to bring textures and roundness.

Grace Estate Winery ‘Le Gras Cuve’ has an attractive golden color.On the nose, you can expect enticing aromas of ripe citrus and orchard fruits, such as lemon, pear and apple, accompanied by subtle floral notes. The palate is elegant and refined with citrus and orchard fruits that continue to shine, with a zesty character that is both refreshing and satisfying. The wine displays a medium body, with lean texture and a bright fruity finish.
