WINE DESCRIPTION
Golan Heights Winery's Yarden Blanc de Blancs Brut is a traditional method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Golan Heights appellation which is the coolest viticultural area in Israel. After gentle pressing of whole clusters of Chardonnay grapes, the wine is fermented in inert vessels. The wine then undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle and aged on lees to develop notes of brioche and yeast.
