WINE DESCRIPTION
Goisot Corps de Garde Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Rouge is crafted using hand-harvested grapes sourced from organic and biodynamic vineyards. The winemaking process begins with careful sorting the fruit. Typically, fermentation occurs naturally with indigenous yeasts in open wood fermenters, this wine was then transferred to 300-litre Burgundian barrels for aging which lasts for around 12 months, allowing for the integration of subtle oak nuances and enhancing the wine’s structure.
