WINE DESCRIPTION
Glenora Brut is a traditional method sparkling wine produced in the Fingers Lake AVA, located in New York state. The wine is composed of a Champagne blend, with Pinot Noir making up the lion's share, giving the wine hints of red fruits and textural breadth. Chardonnay makes up around one third of the blend, contributing a backbone of acidity and layers of citrus fruit and acacia. After undergoing the second fermentation in bottling, the Glenora Brut gains extra complexity in bottle, developing hints of brioche and pain grillé. This refreshing and crisp style is a perfect choice for celebratory occasions.
