Girard Cabernet Franc is a seductive, exotically spiced red wine produced in Napa Valley, California. The Cabernet Franc is sourced from multiple viticultural areas dotted around the Napa Valley, allowing the producer to create a well-rounded and complex wine. The wine is matured for around 20 months in a high proportion of new oak barrels to soften the muscular tannins and add layers of exotic spice. The resulting wine is a rich and full-bodied Cabernet Franc making it a great choice for roasted lamb and pan fried duck breasts.
