Giant Steps Fatal Share Pinot Noir is a red wine that showcases the dedication of its producer, Giant Steps. The wine is made with Dijon clones of Pinot Noir that are grown in a single vineyard with the Coal River Valley region of Tasmania. The fruit is picked, chilled, and shipped by boat overnight to the winery in Victoria's Varra Valley. The winemaking is gentle with whole bunch inclusion, gravity flow pumpovers and predominantly older oak. A fantastic expression of Pinot Noir results with crunch red fruits and a silky texture. A must for lovers of elegant Pinot Noir in the mold of Chambolle Musigny.
