Maleen
I thoroughly appreciated this wine upon initial encounter. However, upon returning the sample to the store, the enthusiasm waned, and it seemed to lose its distinct character. Upon acquiring a fresh bottle, I was somewhat underwhelmed. It appears I may have over-chilled it. The wine's effervescent charm, though, remains a highlight. However, it is susceptible to degradation when exposed to temperature fluctuations. I find the dry yet fruit-forward bubbly to be a compelling aspect, but its preservation requires careful handling.

Sophisticated and thought provoking nose with a mix of sweet and savory elements, featuring tones of cranberry, red currant, cherry, and bisque, alongside earthy whispers of mushrooms and dried herbs. The tasting is dry and acidic, with a lingering aftertaste that adds profoundness to the on the whole experience.
