WINE DESCRIPTION
Gen 7 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium, extremely age-worthy expression of Cabernet Sauvignon hailing from the Napa Valley. The low-yielding vines are planted in volcanic soils, that produce incredibly concentrated small berries. The grapes are typically hand-harvested before a warm fermentation in stainless steel vats, to produce a heavily extracted and intensely flavored wine with a rich, velvety texture. The wine undergoes a lengthy period of maturation in oak barrels that helps to create a luxurious mouthfeel and decadent notes of exotic sweet spice.
