WINE DESCRIPTION
Fulkerson Cabernet Franc is made from grapes grown in the winery's estate vineyards. After harvesting and sorting the grapes, they are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wines are aged in oak barrels to enhance the wine's complexity and soften the tannins. The resulting wine combines notes of dark fruit and wood spice.
