WINE DESCRIPTION
Frey Biodynamic Syrah is a youthful red wine with black fruit and funky flavours of game and cured meats for consumption over the medium term. The wine is made by the first USDA approved organic winery, Frey, from 100% Syrah grapes grown in estate vineyards in Mendocino County. The wine sees not added suplhur and is matured is older French oak barrels unparting gamey notes and a hint of vanilla. This is a excellect choice for winter comfort food.

This full-bodied Syrah from Frey is a beautiful expression of the grape, with aromas of ripe blackberry, blueberry, and hints of pepper.On the palate, it is juicy and full of ripe berry flavors, with a pleasant balance of tannins and acidity.
